Workshop on Insight Ignite – Sparking Consumer Understanding was organized for BBA Consumer Behavior students on 17th May’ 24. Trainer was Mr. Faisal Ali Shaikh, who is the Retail Intelligence Lead at GfK – NIQ Company, which is the biggest tech & consumer durables market research company worldwide. Organized by Faculty of Management Sciences.

Mr. Shaikh imparted knowledge about various models and studies to conduct consumer research such as User & Attitude Study, Brand Health Tracker, Calculating Brand Equity, how a Retail Audit can be conducted. Covered Qualitative techniques of consumer research. Students were divided into groups and were assigned to conduct various Project Techniques.for a given topic. Findings and results were presented by students from all groups.

It has been an excellent yet insightful workshop for developing student’s understanding on consumer research.
