Hiring of Union Council Immunization Officers (UC-IOs)

The recruitment test for the position of Union Council Immunization Officers (UC-IOs) will be conducted by SZABIST University.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the following instructions before submitting their application.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must ensure that they meet the following requirements before applying:

Educational Qualification (Desired):

  • BSPH (Bachelor of Science in Public Health)
  • BSHE (Bachelor of Science in Health Education)
  • BSHP (Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion)
  • BSc / BS in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Preferable Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health.

2. Domicile Requirement

Applicants must possess a valid domicile of the concerned Union Council / Town / District and should have familiarity with the local community and geography.

3. Age Limit

  • Maximum age limit: 28 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
  • General age relaxation will be applicable according to Government rules.

4. Required Documents

Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of the following documents:

  • CNIC
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Last Academic degree (Transcripts not acceptable)
  • Domicile (Karachi and Hyderabad distict only).

Incomplete or illegible documents may result in rejection of the application.

5. Application Processing Fee

  • Application processing fee: PKR 1,800
  • Payment instructions are available within the application portal.

"The application fee is non-refundable. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that payment will not be returned, regardless of the application outcome or ineligibility."

6. Test Center Selection

Applicants may choose their preferred test center during the application process:

  • Karachi
  • Hyderabad
  • Gharo

The written test will be conducted in computer-based format at SZABIST campuses.

7. Important Dates

  • Last date for submission of application: As announced in the advertisement
  • Shortlisting notification: Candidates will be informed through Email and SMS
  • Form Submission deadline is 15th April, 2026

8. Important Instructions

  • Only online applications submitted through this portal will be accepted.
  • No hard copy applications will be entertained.
  • Ensure that all information entered is accurate and complete.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear in the written test.
