SZABIST University’s Law Department organized a session on Alternative Dispute Resolution on 10th October, 2023 at Seminar Hall, Karachi Campus, where the discussion was based on Mediation, institutionalized under Pakistan’s ADR laws, offering a cost-effective, timely, confidential, and amicable means of dispute resolution.
In this regard, MICADR has partnered with ADR ODR International to offer an internationally recognized accredited civil/commercial mediation training program. The law students were introduced to the fascinating world of mediation and the exclusive accredited mediator training program. They were given exposure to the power of mediation as an effective method for resolving disputes and learned how they can become certified mediators through this comprehensive program.
