Harnessing AI to Combat Maternal & Neonatal Mortality in Pakistan

SZABIST University proudly hosted a consultative meeting featuring Dr. Naseeruddin Mahmood, Pediatrician, Founding Trustee of ChildLife Foundation, and a distinguished professional associated with the University of Toronto and Aga Khan University. The session, led by Sajida Bandukwala, Vice President, Strategic Operations at Jaglot, focused on leveraging AI-driven technology to revolutionize antenatal care (ANC) and reduce neonatal and maternal mortality rates in Pakistan.

The Zainab Baji App, currently piloted in 40 katchi abadis of Karachi through SINA Primary Health Clinics, aims to reduce neonatal deaths by 50% through:
