Guest Speaker session on “Enzyme-Mediated Formation of Food Products in Industrial Settings

On 22nd April, 2024, Dr. Uroosa Ejaz organized a guest speaker session for BS Biotechnology students on the topic “Enzyme-Mediated Formation of Food Products in Industrial Settings.” The session featured Dr. Nusrat Zehra, a Ph.D. holder in Food Science & Technology from the University of Karachi (UoK), currently affiliated with Ziauddin University. Dr. Zehra elaborated on the utilization of various enzymes in the production of food products within the industrial sector.
