General Guidelines on How to Apply

Our streamlined application process ensures that every eligible student can easily access the support they need:

1. Check Eligibility:
   • Review the detailed eligibility criteria provided in the official application forms and on our scholarship announcement.
2. Download & Complete Application:
   • Obtain the relevant scholarship or loan application form from the ERFA Department or our website. Complete it carefully, ensuring all required documents are attached.
3. Submit Application:
   • Submit your completed application along with the supporting documents to the ERFA Department by the specified deadline.
4. Application Review:
   • Your application will be thoroughly reviewed by our team. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview, where applicable.
5. Notification:
   • Final decisions are communicated based on the complete official guidelines.
6. Documentation & Disbursement:
   • Upon approval, required documentation is processed, and funds or scholarships are disbursed following the official procedures.
