Pakistan is facing serious economic crisis and one of the reasons of those crises is low industrial productivity in this region. According to ILO data, China’s labour productivity has increased up to 388%, India’s by 177%, Bangladesh’s by 109%, and Pakistan’s labour productivity is only 32%. This is being attributed to low labor and managerial skills that has failed to harness the full potential of our people.
To enhance capacity and productivity of our Industry, SZABIST UNIVERSITY focuses and expands its services to the industry and economy by offering training and development opportunities to young and senior management and administrative professionals working in different sectors.
The sole purpose of offering training/consultancy is to upskill and reskill employees and managers to meet the challenges of ever-changing market conditions with turbulent work environments.
