The External Relations & Financial Assistance (ERFA) Department is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the SZABIST Need-Based Scholarship 2025–26 for newly admitted students of 2025

 Eligibility Criteria:

 Must be enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate degree program (PhD students are not eligible).
 Annual family income should not exceed Rs. 1,500,000/-.

Application Procedure:

Step 1: Download and complete the Physical Scholarship Form accurately.

Step 3: Once the Online Form is successfully submitted, you will receive an email with the appointment booking link to submit your Physical Form at the ERFA Department.

Step 4: Submit your completed Physical Form along with all required supporting documents at your scheduled appointment.

Important Instructions:

• Physical forms will not be accepted without a prior appointment.
• Each student is allowed to book only one appointment. Multiple bookings will result in cancellation of all appointments and the form will not be accepted.
• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Appointment slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  (Slots may close earlier even before the final deadline — students are strongly advised to book early.)
• No walk-in submissions will be accepted.
• All steps (Physical + Online Form + Appointment) are mandatory for scholarship consideration.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. A minimum CGPA of 2.85 or 70% or a B Grade
2. Applicants must demonstrate financial need through their application and supporting documents

3. The applicant must be enrolled at the university for the academic year 2024​-25
