What information do we collect?
We do not ask every visitors to provide personal, professional or academic information. However, we require prospective students to complete an online application (only when admissions are open and when the prospective student willingly applies for a program). The information we collect from prospective students includes
- Personal Information (Name, Date of Birth, Address, Parent / Guardian information etc)
- Academic details (Institutions attended)
- Professional / Work experience details
- A “Statement of purpose” essay

What do we use your information for?
We require this information only for the purpose of screening applicants for admissions. We use this information to conduct Computer Based Aptitude Tests (where prospective students attempt an MCQ type test) and we use the information during admission interviews and group discussions.
During the admission process each prospective students submits one or more applications for his/her desired course of study. We send status update emails to prospective students when our Admission Office makes important decisions on your application. Additionally, we send you test and/or interview reminder emails. This is to ensure that you are aware of the status of your application and you do not miss your test or interview.
How do we protect your information?
Your information is password protected and only viewable to the Admission Office staff and program coordinators.
We store cookies to identify you only when you are signed-in to one of our admission systems. Each admission site stores 4 cookies, one of which is stored only for the duration when you are signed-in. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not disclose or provide your information including your email addresses to any third party. You information is kept as record only for SZABIST use. We do not send bulk or unsolicited emails to you about SZABIST programs, courses or events.
